Patricia Louise "Pat" Mathias
83, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2010, at Woodland Convalescent Center.
Pat attended Lindenwood College and graduated from Indiana University, where she was a Tri-Delt, with a degree in Education. She was a member of Methodist Temple Church, Junior League, the Evansville Country Club, the Kennel Club, and the Evansville Museum. Pat was an excellent seamstress and artist. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jack Mathias; daughter, Julie Rinehart and husband Al, of Boonville, IN; son, John G. Mathias, Jr., of Evansville, IN; son, Neal P. Mathias and wife Kim, of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Lindsay Miller; Tom Mathias; Rebecca Stork and husband David; Rachael Mathias, and Mitchell Mathias; and sister, Peggy Schwentker, of Evansville, IN.
Private Services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of lowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4770 Covert Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714; or the Vanderburgh Humane Society, 400 Millner Industrial Drive, Evansville, IN 47710.
